Are you aware about the fact that the ancient Science, Ayurveda
came about in India over 5,000 years ago? And, over time, this primeval discipline
has only matured in its standing, recognition, and size and is recognized worldwide
and is considered and valued as a reliable alternative healthcare method.
The root origins of the word ‘Ayurveda’ is from the
ancient language, Sanskrit and it is comprised of two Sanskrit words, ‘Ayur’
its connotation is ‘life’ and ‘Veda’ means, ‘learning or science’.
And therefore, when combined it is essentially a ‘science of life’. In Ayurveda, the
treatments and therapies are more aimed at understanding the illness, the
reason why it came about and to root it out completely.
Ayurveda helps us be aware of our physical, mental and our inner
self and to be able to see and combine it with the existing living conditions, our
surroundings and how we react when being assessed in these conditions.
As per our early Indian writings, the Vedas, ‘ayur’ or our existence is a blend of both our
physical body or in Sanskrit it is referred to as the ‘sharira’,
and our intellect or our mind which is referred to as the ‘indriya’,
and our psychological state which is the ‘manas’ and most
importantly, our spirit which is the ‘atma’. All these workings
together keep us animate and breathing, which happens to be our ‘prana’
or life.
And accepting, maintaining, and pursuing these Ayurvedic doctrines
is the Ayurvedic healt resort, Ayuryogashram which is in Thrissur in Kerala. Over
time, we have been regarded for the different Ayurvedic treatments and
therapies we have devised and followed to help alleviate health problems and
issues like back pains, spinal pain, diabetes, knee and joint pains, migraines,
headaches, obesity, overweight, stress-related issues, skin problems,
bronchitis and even more persistent and more serious sicknesses like
Parkinson’s, spondylosis, asthma and arthritis.
We have tailored treatment procedures to help address each illness
and depending on its stage, how much it has affected the person, our resident
doctors then lay down a treatment procedure which primarily includes herbal concoctions,
massages, and other treatment processes.
And we at Ayuryogashram are sure that at the end of it all, you
will definitely notice a difference and will soon be on the road to recovery!
